      Laura Igoe is a cat 1 cyclist with five Master's National Championship titles. She has competed in numerous marathons (PR 3:09) and qualified for 2012 World Ironman 70.3 Championships. As an athlete, you will recognize and appreciate the value of yoga and you are going to see positive results.
