      Looking for yoga? Give us a try! Since 2010, our focus & passion has centered solely on providing meaningful yoga to both new and experienced yogis. Every pose, every practice has a purpose.

      Simply click on the SIGN UP button below and add your name to any of the classes you'd like to reserve a mat in. Classes are posted on a monthly basis. Single class fee remains $12 or purchase a 5 class pass card for $50.

      In training, athletes tend to perform repetitive motions that develop some muscle groups while ignoring others. These imbalances can result in injury if not addressed. By taking the body through all planes of motion, yoga imparts flexibility, balance and total body strength.
       
      Brief background
      Laura Igoe is a former cat 1 cyclist with five Master's National Championship titles. She has competed in over 15 marathons (PR 3:09) and qualified for 2012 World Ironman 70.3 Championships. As an athlete, you will recognize and appreciate the value of yoga and you are going to see positive results.
